The business adopted Shopify Plus alongside a point-of-sale system to support this expansion. Anish joined the project as a consultant, assisting with the setup and configuration of the Shopify platform, including homepage, collection pages, product setup, checkout, delivery options, and core business information. He also supported the implementation of the US store’s POS system. Following launch, Anish trained internal product owners on the day-to-day use and management of Shopify.
